CHILDREN’S EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PROGRAMMING INFO:

WCWJ-TV 17 CABLE 9 (WC17) schedules Children’s educational and informational programming on a regular basis. Descriptions of qualifying programming are maintained at the WCWJ-TV offices at 9117 Hogan Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32216. All children’s programming reports are filed on the Tenth (10) day following the end of each Quarter in the station’s file. Comments in regards to children’s programming may be sent to

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) LICENSE INFO:

On April 18, 2006, WCWJ-TV was granted a license by the Federal Communications Commission to serve the public interest as a public trustee until February 1, 2013. Our license will expire on February 1, 2013. We must file an application for license renewal with the FCC on October 1, 2012. When filed, a copy of this application will be available for public inspection during our regular business hours. It contains information concerning this station's performance during the last eight years. Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of facts relating to our renewal application and to whether this station has operated in the public interest should file comments and petitions with the FCC by January 1, 2013.
