As he left the clinic, the actor said he would “absolutely…do the right thing” if the test comes back positive. Earlier in the day, the former Spice Girl brought the infant to the same office for a DNA test of her own.

Anne Heche’s estranged husband Coley Laffoon was awarded physical custody of their five-year-old son, Homer, with alternate weekend visits for the actress. Laffoon was also awarded spousal and child support, though sources tell E! News that the amounts were far below his original demands.

Michael Moore has stashed a copy of his upcoming documentary Sicko in Canada because he is worried the U.S. government will try to confiscate it as part of the investigation into his unauthorized trip to Cuba, he told reporters at a news conference. The film is due for release June 29.
